Ive only gotten a chance to use this flour once. I made Orange cranberry scones with Cardamom and they came out beautifully! Very kmpressed.

Our family goes through a lot of pastry flour, approx. 25 lbs. every one to one and a half months. We have tried organic flour from other places, but we would always end up with slight headaches, and we would feel nauseated at times. We are still not sure what it was. However, ever since we found Montana Flour & Grains we can feel the difference in eating good flour. We use this for all our organic pastries, and oven pancakes.
