I have never been much of a cook (my husband took it over 4 days after our honeymoon when he realized I couldn't cook!) but with this new fluor I am having so much fun baking bread! I want to bake loaves for all our neighbors! I am bringing some to a friend this weekend when I see them (with physical distancing due to COVID). Thanks for making me look good!

I used to make bread by mixing whole wheat flour with white bread flour to provide enough gluten. No need for other flours anymore: The whole wheat bread flour makes superior bread with no help.

I use the flour from Montana Flour & Grains because it's health and makes delicious bread.

I have worked with different "favorite" flours over the years as I make our family's bread. We love whole wheat best. This flour has a protein content which really makes our whole grain breads far superior to what the loaves are when using other high-quality flours. Far and away the best flour I've used for my bread.

I have been using this flour for months and this is my third order, its just the best flour. I baked cinnamon rolls today and they are great. I used to live in Montana and enjoyed the country so much the bread reminds me how great it was and I think of the country often.

I love this flour and we make more than just bread with this whole grain flour. I also make cake and even Crepe.

I have used this flour in three different whole wheat flour recipes (all three recipes were from King Arthur), and all were great. My kids and I couldn't get enough, we loved all of them so much.

I mix the white and whole wheat flour to make bread in my bread machine almost every day. We love it.
