    I learned about this flour on a morning news cooking segment. I did my research and was very impressed. I just received mine and will be baking this weekend so I will come back for an updated review.

    Great product and service from Montana Flour & Grains. That being said - My first bake was a sourdough loaf. Looks and tastes great however the loaf is very dense. I'm giving it 4 stars because of my lack of experience and the lack of gluten in the flour are my biggest problems. (It's a little difficult to work with.) I will figure it out though!

    I’ve made homemade pasta using eggs in the dough (our family recipe) with 100% Kamut flour, 50-50 Kamut Flour & semolina, and today, made it with 33% organic unbleached white, 33% organic kamut and 33% semolina. It makes an excellent pasta dough. When used at 100%, it can make a very soft dough and can dry out fast, harder to work with; But it is still very good. My homemade sourdough breads are wonderful, nice golden color as are the pasta doughs, and make a nice crust, and chewy texture. Great for toast.

    As a gluten sensitive individual I find this organic Kamut easy to digest, tasty and easy to work with. I never want to eat another gluten free flour product ever again!

    We decided to try making our own Kamut bread after hearing about the nutrition benefits over other types of wheat. My mother-in-law is also very sensitive to gluten. We thought we'd try it and see if we would like it and if it would work for my mother-in-law.

    We've now made six loaves of Kamut bread and we love it! It's delicious, our kids like it, and it hasn't bothered my mother-in-law at all.

    Like so many people, I am allergic to hybridized wheat products.... Kamut grain, being heirloom wheat, is totally compatible with my body for superior health. I can again eat breads and whatever products I make with this flour. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
