    I can no longer buy Kamut flour locally, but using bread flour for soda bread just doesn't cut it. Yesterday, I made my first round of soda bread in over a year with Kamut flour from Montana Flour & it was as flavorful as I remembered!

    I have used your white Kamut flour for years & I was sorry that it is no longer offered because it was a superior product. I have tried similar products from other providers but theirs was not as good. So I decided to order the whole wheat version from Montana Flour & mix it with the white flour & made pizza. It was such a tasty crust, my husband even loved it & he is not usually a fab of whole wheat. I have to avoid gluten, but have no issues with Kamut flour. Highly recommend.

    When I started adding kamut flour to my bread recipe, I was hoping for a big flavor boost and I was not disappointed. When I could no longer buy it locally, I found Montana Flour and it has proven to be a reliable source for this amazing flour. As mentioned in another review, the shipping cost doubles the cost. The last time I ordered, I considered buying 25# in an effort to maximize that expense. In the end, I found the shipping cost for two 10 pound bags was almost half of what it would have been for one 25 pound bag. I freeze the large bags and fill my kitchen canister from them when needed. This flour is very high quality and arrives in good condition within a timely period.

    I have been baking bread with this flour for several months and I absolutely love it! I use 100% Kamut flour and sourdough starter, using the no-knead, overnight rise method. It makes a dense, chewy loaf, which is my preference; I dislike soft balloon bread. The flavor is wonderful, and I like the golden color. I do wish shipping didn't double the cost for me, but I'm not going to let that deter me from having great bread to eat.

    It made a very nice sourdough loaf (at 40 %). Nice structure to the loaf and very flavorful crust. Five pound packaging would be nice as that is the size of my containers.

    I love the Kamut. Great flavor. I have a couple of family members who had switched to it due to gluten sensitivity and had told me about it. While I don't have to gluten issues I did want the nutrition and protein it has. I have used it now in several recipes and love it, so much better than the stone ground wheat flour I was buying in the store. I will definitely be getting more of this, this flour is the best!

    Best I’ve ever used and oh my the flavor! It’s totally spoiled us the flavor is amazing! I make our bread and have never had my bread taste this good! I’ve used it in making simple gravy for mashed potatoes! Stunning there as well. I’m being stingy with it so don’t use it to totally replace my flours in my baking but this is THE best flour ever! Just wish I didn’t have to pay so much in shipping to get it.

    I have recently started making bread and heard that Kamut bread was better on the digestive tract so I thought why not give it a try?
    I followed a recipe from The food Namny for Kamut bread and it turned out amazing!
    My son(who doesn’t like wheat bread) loves it! The texture is soft, it isn’t too dense and tastes better than any wheat bread I have purchased! I will be buying more of this flour when I run out!

    I have ground wheat berries and baked whole wheat bread for 40 years. Then we found out that both my husband and I are gluten intolerant. But Kamut flour is tolerated by some who are gluten intolerant. We have tried the kamut flour and we can easily enjoy baked foods made with it. The Kamut flour has a very fresh nutty flavor and bakes up beautifully. It is a wonderful healthy grain. Thank you for growing and milling this fantastic grain. I am a fan!

    I learned about this flour on a morning news cooking segment. I did my research and was very impressed. I just received mine and will be baking this weekend so I will come back for an updated review.
