All these years, I have only been "meh" about rye bread. This flour changed my view completely. Can't keep my hands away from a fresh-baked loaf of Jewish rye or rye bagels. Easy to work with although takes a little practice at first (because it's low gluten dough even when you mix in a bit of high gluten flour).

I recently purchased the 100% Rye Flour. This flour is very fresh and makes great bread. I especially liked the information that the website details about the flour and it's content/make-up. That was very helpful in making my decision to purchase from this company. I was a little afraid that there might be a delay in processing my order, due to high demand, but instead I found that they shipped my order within 1 day and it arrived very quickly. This is a wonderful organic flour and total cost, including shipping, was very reasonable. I will be ordering more in the near future.

I made the best bread last week. Polish Beer bread- unbelievable. It has rye, wheat, white fluor, cornmeal, beer, buttermilk, apple cider - I really wondered about this recipe as I was adding everything, but it was outstanding! Thanks for making me look good.

This is an excellent medium rye that produces a really good flavored loaf. The delivery was prompt and well packaged. Overall a very good first time experience this company.

I made sourdough starter then made a loaf of sourdough bread in my oven. I wish I could add a photo, just picture perfect and taste is great. I lived in Montana for about 6 years when I was a young man now in my seventies it great to use your flour, Thanks for the best years in life when I was young and the best bread when I am old.
