I just finished making sourdough buns using this flour and they are delicious! Just white whole wheat flour, starter, salt, and water, and I used the super easy no-knead bread-making method. The buns have a lovely texture and wonderful flavor. I will definitely buy more of this flour!

I’ve started making Organic whole-wheat sourdough bread with a mixture or whole red wheat bread flour and hard white wheat flour with a 3 to 1 Ratio red to white. I haven’t missed yet.

I have been using Montana flour for many years. I miss being able to order the Kamut Khorason white flour, but I am happy with the flour I have ordered in it’s place.

I have baked bread with this flour, and I used about a 2 to 1 ratio with the white wheat flour from I also got from Montana. The bread is absolutely delicious! Very light and fluffy, so much better than the bread I have been making with a local organic white flour. If only the shipping fees weren't so high...........or I lived a little closer to Montana than Texas!

I switched from GM white whole wheat flour to organic to help clean up our diet as much as possible. I used my standard oatmeal bread recipe.
