    I received my first package of Organic white Kamut a couple of days ago. I baked a loaf of Pullman bread yesterday and it turned out great. I baked flat bread with this new flour today, tastes amazing. It just reminded my childhood back in Iran. It's so easy to work with the dough. I'll be a loyal patron of this supplier for sure.

    Neither my daughter or I can tolerate "modern" wheats or anything made from it. We had gone gluten free - no fun. Finding this flour has allowed us to enjoy, in moderation, home made breads, pastas, cookies, anything we care to make with Kumat. You use just a bit less flour in your recipes and they make up beautifully with a wonderful flavor. So very glad I tried this. Don't ever want to give it up.

    I have used this flour for baking bread and desserts and cooking. No other flour compares. The taste is wonderful.

    I was introduced to Kamut flour about 4 years ago. I am so hooked on this fantastic find. I make noodles/Raviolis regularly and am experimenting with baking rolls. So healthy and a wonderful grain. I also bought whole kamut grain seeds and cooked them up. Just a fantastic healthy addition to salads, etc. Yes, the shipping is more than the flour,, kind of a bummer.

    I thought the French baguette s turned out great! The health benefits weigh out a lot of options. My only downside is that the shipping was more than the kamut!!!

    I’m loving the kamut I got, unfortunately my bag came ripped at the bottom and the flour was all over the place Disappointing for how expensive it was to ship. The product was excellent though!

    I’ve only just begun what I anticipate will be many uses of the Kamut “White” flour, but I’m very impressed. I’ve made two batches of homemade ribbon pasta, known as Reginette, using only this Organic KAMUT® Khorasan Wheat White Flour. I’ve used durum flour (from the double-milling of the endosperm of durum wheat) a lot in making homemade pasta. And to my surprise, this lovely Khorasan Wheat White Flour (with just 20% of the bran removed) looks, smells and tastes a lot like a good durum wheat-based homemade pasta! And, reading the Wiki entry for Khorasan Wheat, I see that some recent DNA analysis suggests that Khorasan Wheat may have been derived from a natural hybrid between T. durum and T. polonicum. Who knew? Well, what I know is that this % Organic KAMUT® Khorasan Wheat White Flour is lovely flour for making pasta all by itself. And I’m looking forward to trying a version of one of my favorite breads of Italy, a Pugliese bread Carol Field called (oddly) Focaccia Condita, using it in place of durum flour. Finally, don’t let the name White flour confuse you, it has as lovely a golden hue as does durum flour.

    I recently bought my fourth 50lb bag of Kamut White Flour. I bake bread three times a week alternating from sliceable
    bread for toast and sandwiches and French loafs for eating with stews, soups etc. If you are a bread lover and have never tried this the flavor and texture will blow you away. It makes mean pizza, killer biscuits, and awesome pie crust. Please don't run out.....

    Just used your white Kamut flour to make sourdough. I used 100% white Kamut with both the "no kneed" and Tartine "fermentation" high hydration schemes. The dough was not over proofed but both loaves deflated a bit when transferring from the banneton to my Lodge "baker". This does not happen when I use KA bread flour. That said, the bread baked nicely and the product was "dense" but delicious. Makes great toast as well.
