I wrote a review back in May 2013 when I tried Kamut white for the first time, and I was hooked. I just had another 50 lb bag delivered yesterday, which puts me at around 200 lbs. or so. (I'd rather pick it up in Ft. Benton, but that's not always practical.)
I don't have any allergies, I'm not overly worried about buying organic or non-gmo, I just want the best flour out there. Kamut is it. During the summer I bake up to four 1kg sourdough loaves a week, and this flour just plain rocks. KAF is good, but no comparison to this. Everyone comments on how beautiful the loaves look, with a great crust and pale yellow crumb, but that's really not the point. Sourdough bread made with Kamut white tastes wonderful and will keep for almost a week. Loaves of "sourdough" from the bakery taste like cotton to me now.
Hope to stop in again this summer.

This flour is a lifesaver. Finding I can eat and enjoy wheat again after the restrictive "gluten free" diet, well, it's huge. I've tried a handful of other ancient wheat flours, all good products but what I like about this is the low moisture content. You get MORE flour in a 10# bag. And beware in your recipes to add gradually as it will probably take LESS flour than called for which makes it go a very long way and becomes an even better value, even shipping to Texas. I also cut back on the sweetener as it's said to be "sweet". Made delicious bread. Will be buying more, thank you Montana Flour!

This was my 3rd order of this flour. I am gluten sensitive and chemical sensitive and don't tolerate anything that has been hybridized or treated with chemicals so that it all ripens at the same! Being as this flour is organically grown and non hybridized it is just what my stomach needs. It also smells so heavenly in my house when I am baking bread! It has an amazing flavor and makes for wonderful baked goods. It does tend to need a bit more moisture so I use about a tablespoon less per cup when I bake with it.

I have trouble with regular flour, but can enjoy this! Having fun baking with it. So glad we learned about it on our trip to Montana this summer.

I have an older recipe from my mom. I always used bleached flour; it tasted good, however after using the Kamut flour, the bead is better and stays softer much longer!! I won't use anything else. I know it is more costly, however taste and knowing no unwanted chemicals is well worth it! As a matter of fact, I just received 20 lbs for future use. Thanks again

Great healthy flour for all purposes. No worries of a gut reaction as with modern adulterated wheat.

I am thrilled to have found this flour. I used to mill from whole grain kamut,.but wanted a white flour version. I ordered this and am blown away by the results. I use it for 100% kamut baguettes, which are flavorful, light, and crispy. Also, the flour arrived quickly and in fine, fresh condition.

Gluten free bread dosen't hold a candle to the satisfactiion that you get from making and eating bread made from Kamut White Flour. This is my second purchase , and I will be ordering again.

My daughter is gluten intolerant and after trying this flour...gmo free but not gluten free...we discovered that my daught doesn't have any adverse reactions as she does with grocery store flour.
For years we've been using gluten free flour blends and while they are effective at reducing her reaction, they don't have a taste or flavor we enjoy. As a test, we decided to try this Montana flour and were amazed and thrilled that it bakes up just like regular flour, has a better flavor AND causes zero adverse reactions in my daughter!

We won't use any other flour after trying Kamut. Everything tastes better. Biscuits are even fresh tasting after being in the freezer. I tell all of my friends about the flour.
