    I make bread with Kamut White Wheat flour, and it is delicious,I am sensitive to regular wheat but can use Kamut flour in any receipes, add 2 Tbs of orange juice and xantham gum 1/2 tsp. per cup of flour, and it is very good. The other flours are much more difficult to get good results from(dry and very coarse)

    First try in my Zojirushi bread machine came out perfect.
    4 flour, 1.5 water, 3T honey, 2t salt, 3T olive oil, 1t flax meal,
    sunflower seeds
    Its moist, flexible, perfect rise, very tasty

    I love this stuff. I purchased this because I was following a strict diet plan in which I could only use ancient grains and Kamut was one of them. I began using this flour alone to make everything from pancakes to sweet breads and biscuits. Its the best bread I have ever had.

    Its a very filling, dense, heavy bread flour. Because of this I have adjusted my recipes to use less of the flour. Where a recipe calls for 2 cups of white flour I use 1.5 cups of the kamut flour and the recipe comes out fine.

    Im, now ordering the whole wheat Kamut flour since its a little cheaper. I figure I can remove the bran by sifting if I need to. Price is good. Shipping is high but its worth it. Im going to try and convince my local Wholefoods to order from you all whole sale so I can purchase in smaller bulk amounts from them, 5 lbs at a time. You got yourself a life long customer.

    First time trying this flour. So far I am very satisfied! I made an Irish soda bread and tortillas, and they turned out great. Especially the tortillas. They are still flexible the next day! The price of this flour is great as well. Oh, and as others have commented, you do need to use less flour or more liquid. Otherwise great flour!

    I wrote a review back in May 2013 when I tried Kamut white for the first time, and I was hooked. I just had another 50 lb bag delivered yesterday, which puts me at around 200 lbs. or so. (I'd rather pick it up in Ft. Benton, but that's not always practical.)

    I don't have any allergies, I'm not overly worried about buying organic or non-gmo, I just want the best flour out there. Kamut is it. During the summer I bake up to four 1kg sourdough loaves a week, and this flour just plain rocks. KAF is good, but no comparison to this. Everyone comments on how beautiful the loaves look, with a great crust and pale yellow crumb, but that's really not the point. Sourdough bread made with Kamut white tastes wonderful and will keep for almost a week. Loaves of "sourdough" from the bakery taste like cotton to me now.

    Hope to stop in again this summer.

    This flour is a lifesaver. Finding I can eat and enjoy wheat again after the restrictive "gluten free" diet, well, it's huge. I've tried a handful of other ancient wheat flours, all good products but what I like about this is the low moisture content. You get MORE flour in a 10# bag. And beware in your recipes to add gradually as it will probably take LESS flour than called for which makes it go a very long way and becomes an even better value, even shipping to Texas. I also cut back on the sweetener as it's said to be "sweet". Made delicious bread. Will be buying more, thank you Montana Flour!

    This was my 3rd order of this flour. I am gluten sensitive and chemical sensitive and don't tolerate anything that has been hybridized or treated with chemicals so that it all ripens at the same! Being as this flour is organically grown and non hybridized it is just what my stomach needs. It also smells so heavenly in my house when I am baking bread! It has an amazing flavor and makes for wonderful baked goods. It does tend to need a bit more moisture so I use about a tablespoon less per cup when I bake with it.
