    The Kamut Wheat White Flour makes an Excellent Bread. Rises well and is very light. Love the larger quantities you can buy.

    We are very happy with the quality and purity of this flour. It DOES make a difference in the quality of the baking (bread, pizza), and you feel good about the Non-GMO aspect. We buy 2-50lb bags and then store them in smaller Super Saver bags. Well worth the effort.
    Shipping makes the cost better than supermarket Non-GMO flour, and better quality.

    I was not sure what to expect when I ordered the flour so when it arrived last week I wa eager to open it up and try it out.

    Who'd a thunk! It looked like regular flour! The proof would be in the biscuits, so I made a small batch and they cooked up quite well and tasted just as good as ever! It required a bit more milk but our weather is very dry at present so might be the real reason.

    The flour itself appears to me to be just a smidgen more off-white than regular store-bought un-bleached and there is a slight bitterness to the flour (to my taste buds) but not enough to worry about. It bakes well, stuff tastes great so I'll continue using it.

    We have been using this product for making Indian bread and it tastes awesome. Actually, this time mistakenly they shipped us grains instead of flour . When we called them about their mistake they acknowledged it right away and shipped a right product without a delay. This is called customer service and we are extremely gratified. As far the product, it is better for us than the regular wheat because we are gluten sensitive and this product does not cause us any stomach upset after eating the bread made from it. Keep up the great service and our only wish is that shipping gets cheaper than the product we ordered.

    Made bread and cookies so far. Bread has great flavor and is a bit chewier than most breads. Very nice color as well.

    My wife made homemade buns the yesterday for a party we were having. Everyone ranted and raved about how good the buns were. Many at the party didn't eat wheat any more because of GMO and chemicals. When we told them what flour we were using, they had seconds, thirds, and some fourths. Awesome flour!

    I have been baking for 52 years and I have never used a more superior flour, my gluten sensitive friends are able to eat the things I bake and they feel fine.im so happy I happened upon your site, I will use no other flour, shipping is high but its worth every penny.

    love it ! best toast ever. love the taste.....texture..... would give it 5 stars, but, the shipping price is so high it keeps me from buying as much as i would like. but the bread is so good !!!!

    I make bread with Kamut White Wheat flour, and it is delicious,I am sensitive to regular wheat but can use Kamut flour in any receipes, add 2 Tbs of orange juice and xantham gum 1/2 tsp. per cup of flour, and it is very good. The other flours are much more difficult to get good results from(dry and very coarse)
